I love pancakes. I can eat it in the morning with syrup, for lunch with scrambled egg and bacon and for dinner with steaks. Whatever...
The only problem is, I seem not to find the right mix. Even using the ready to mix variety fails me. Thus, I am glad that my husband can whip up one of the best pancakes in town -- without following a recipe, mind you.
I also found my ready to mix pancake, by asking my husband to whip a bowl for me, a day before pancakes would be served on our table.
