Crema de Fruta
This was my attempt to create Crema de Fruta ala Strawberry and Red Currant. This was supposed to be the dessert for my birthday dinner.
Simple, and easy - no bake.
I used spongefingers instead of graham crackers. Simply because, we dont have graham crackers here!
And I substituted our creamy condensed milk with a mixture of the uncreamy condensed variety here with some cream to taste.
Then I added cocktail fruits and topped it with freshly sliced strawberries and some red currants. It looks delicious, right?
Sadly, I have no way of knowing because I forgot to serve it. I found it three days later in our ref in the basement. Too late! What a waste :-(
