Of course, they couldnt resist the face painting after the service. IC, as expected, had another version of Pippi; while MC kept to her being a flower girl.

Another face painting day, another Pippi Longstockings face for IC.

Sud Girl

Because she says this is like playing in snow, my sud girl wanted a posterity photo. Though I am sure, if the suds are so cold like snow; her smile would be immediately replaced by a loud scream :-D

More Dots

Just look at her. This is easy to do: you need a glue and some paper cut outs in dots. First stick the dots on the glue bottle and paste them on your face. 'Mama, dont you think I look like Pippi Lam? Aaargh. And we are supposed to be celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary with a dinner that night. I freed her face from the dots, but the glue is still visible on her face until now!

The Colorful Band

The Guggemusiker band, displaying their colors. Under the heat of the summer sun, walking long kilometers, with such thick costumes on -- I admire them. They even made few exhibition stops to wow the crowd during the parade at the town fiesta.

Dots

Another experiment done by IC while nobody was looking -- using a pen to put dots in her face so it would look like those freckles in the face of her fave Pippi. I heard my husband exclaiming about it but we were running late as we wanted to shop; I didnt get a good look before we drove off. It was during the lamp's deciding moments that I got the chance to really see her. I took a deep breath and ask her with dismay, 'why did you do that to your face?' Of course, she simply smiled and asked to be photographed!

Red Tongue

Mommy, look at my red tongue! IC was proud to show off the result of her ice cream lolly binge.

How to eat a melon

Look at how IC seems to be enjoying her melon. This is actually her first time to eat it with the skin on -- she had to ask me more than once, 'mama, can I eat the skin?' I always told her no. That's because she loves eating apples with skin!
